Agent Green sighs. "Rats..." he says. "The rat had to come from somewhere."
He stamps his foot near it [
4] and it runs into a floor vent next to the wall.
Agent Reon muses, "Whuh, I swear I'm seeing shadows moving... did they label this sector as Dangerous Stuff for a reason? To think this place was professional."
She does a thorough search of Crane's cell, glancing behind herself occasionally. [
hidden search check] It's completely empty, save for various dust, dirt, lint, and tiny cracks on the concrete floor (and is that a puddle in the corner?), the concrete walls, the concrete ceiling, and Nicholas.
Agent Maxwell turns visible and shines a light into the floor vent until her energy reserve runs out. Can't see where it goes, though.
Agent Conners shrugs, and says "Not much we can do here. We need to get a move on, pronto."
She tries to take a quick look inside the closed cells, but they don't have windows, so she goes to the cell with Nicholas and Ires, which is quickly becoming crowded. Taking a closer look at the door, [
