I have a Kenshi key that will apparently work direct to the dev's site, I'd be interested in Demise Ascension in particular.

If no Demise folk happen to pop around in here in the near future, I'll just PM the key to whomever posts after this that has an interest in Kenshi chosen at random.

My kenshi key worked just fine.  I installed the game, and when it asked for a key I entered it in and it worked.

Just wasted 1.5 hours rerolling 8 characters in Devil Whiskey and what do you know, pressed wrong button and all of them wanished!    Blunder of gigantic proportions right there, lol. Oh and this is definately not a game for people who don't want to read manuals.  It's just 100 pages long, not big deal.

Quick tips:
There's only one save slot (per crew), so helps to manually backup the 'savegame' file periodically).

Assuming you're playing ver2.01 (should be the latest 'official' patch), be sure to download & apply the 'unofficial' 2.01b patch (from the DW forum) -it's solid & helps resolve a number of issues. Need to do Before starting play--tho possible/probable? you could apply the patch if you've done little more than roll characters.

Also, there are several really great mods for DW..so check those out.

Btw, Yes--the manual is long and pretty much essential to successful play, but it's well-writ (esp for a small indie game) and fun to read.

Heh, the amusing bit is I already have steel storm duly complete and Cthulu.

Flippin random as it does now, hopefully somebody's Friday gets a bit brighter for free.
