Rather nice 4x4 Embark
« on: March 21, 2012, 01:58:07 am »

Generated with the [AQUIFER] tag completely removed.

Four layers of soil, Plenty of minerals for a Steel industry, plenty of trees and Elephants, as well as a brook bisecting the map

7600 Lignite
5300 Bituminous Coal
7 layers of Chalk (151,700)
7000 Magnetite
4200 Limonite
4100 Hematite

88700 Tetrahedrite
70500 Native Gold
41400 Garnierite
16100 Sphalerite
9400 Native Silver
3400 Malachite
2400 Native Platinum

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

And the kicker? A Magma pipe on the first cavern layer, z-34 below the surface

Is anyone interested in the save/seed? Or am I overreacting at the possibilities of non-volcano magma?

No small aquifer, perfectly placed and sized for a power generation station, without blocking access to any ore? No thanks.  ;)

Not bad.  Getting magma close to the surface is a pain.

Why not post it in the Worldgen Cookbook thread?

The numbers are nice... But a screencap would laso be nice.
Would be good to get a visual idea of where this is.
