The two Crimson-Coated guards draw the blades at their sides as the man attempts to walk past them.
"I'm afraid we can't let you in without you agreeing to some things."

"First you must remove any and all weapons from your person and give them to us, we'll give them back after the meeting, and we need a name to put on the slip. Secondly you must agree to be searched, any weapons found will be permanently confiscated. Thirdly, you will be accompanied by two guards. Do you agree to this?"

The woman closes the chest with the tip of the sword, before sheathing it.
"So whats the name?"

Terryn made a short motion with his good hand, and Donald grabbed the look-a-like, throwing him forward onto the floor with a grunt and a thud. The Hedge Knight did the best he could to avoid making a joke about rug burn. "I come to you with a plan, a man, and informatio-..." he paused and frowned, "...-formay-shan."

Terryn grinned, and held his sword hand behind his back, his shield-arm still hanging limp at his side.

Acquire information about local events.

[54] Not much happens in Shola. There hasn't been a large incident for several years now since the raid. Anything newsworthy these days tends to be coming from the University. You already know about the latest Scholar of Cain's, but there are bits of information about other researchers wishing for mages to help their own projects.

Ask around for the lord (William) of the city in the Manor.
If William isn’t found, search for assassination jobs.
Also, train archery for this season

[33644] Training results for the season: 50pts
Archery 1: [50/100]

[2] Assassinations are a bit high profile for a town as small as Polca.

Before Terryn arrives
William privately searches for a boat and crew to take him to Ligoria from outside of Polca and back, quickly, and without remembering a thing about their passenger afterwards. He is willing to pay...The light PG Crimson Guard regiment- along with Will- is to leave town and set up camp in the more untamed areas of Polca, most likely near a shore of some sort.

[46] The ship you manage to locate is willing to do what you want, having never heard of you. The only payment they request is a Letter of Marque and Amnesty from prior...indiscretions.

Begin the production of arquebuses.  Not trusting my apprentice with gunpowder just yet.

Create the schematics and several prototypes
[5,6] You manage to get some plans drawn up quite easily, contructing the prototypes won't be very difficult either, just time consuming. You could possibly get -one- testable fabrication completed in relatively short order. Any more will likely not be ready until Autumn. Your completed fabrication [?] performs as expected. It seems to still have some room for improvement - but at least you didnt blow your face off.

-The spy should indicate that he is interested, while continuing to supply Terryn with any information he finds.

[43] The Spy follows orders but informs you the group is a suspicious bunch - not that they have any reason to be trusting. It'll likely be a few weeks before he knows anything helpful.

"So I take it we're stopping here for this Iron? Where are we selling it? Or is there also a factory of some sort that would churn out the ore and refine it into something malleable?"

Speak about the implications of the Iron Mine.

"We're picking up a load of ore, yes. We'll be delivering it to Veruna of all places. I was actually the one who negotiated the agreement for supply."

Request a small bodyguard for the trip from Lord Cain. (I don't mind bumping into Laythe while seeing him if anything.)

[41] Cain accepts your request and sends a pair of men with you. The cost of which is a report of the adventure and what you obtain from the materials the herbalist is providing you.

"It was alright. Nothing like home, but still servicable. At any rate, there are a few things I wanted to discuss with you Cain..."

"Good, good...So, what can I assist you with?"

"Pretty simple really. I want my throne back, but in order to get it back, I need information. The Ligorian amry seems to be preparing for another campaign, despite the death of Lord Nikepheros. I need to know, what they're doing, who's in chargeand where they're headed."

Lan turned to the merchant with an inquisitive look. "We'll be passing Polca and through Galam. How will the border taxes be payed for? Or are we...smuggling it in?

How does one start a business, by the way. Excuse me for asking."

Question on the destination.

Leandros' Meeting:
The woman nods, writing the name down on a slip of paper and handing it to Leandros.
"This is your weapon voucher, lose it and you don't get your weapons back."

The door opens, and three guardsmen stand up. After a pat down and search by the gender of his preference, he's lead up some stairs by two guards. They knock at a door on the second story landing.

The door opens up into a well-lit study. A man, wearing a thick Crimson Coat, a hat that you would normally see on a pirate, crowns a mop of blondish-red hair. Out of the corner of your eye, you notice a loaded crossbow under some papers.

"Pleasure to meet you, Leandros, how may I help you?"

Terryn's Meeting:
William looks up over the paper before setting it down. There isn't a change in his demeanor besides his grin getting a bit wider at the joke.
"I hope there is an explanation of why you kidnapped this man somewhere within that information. Unless it was a lawful arrest, then I would still like to know on what charges."

Terryn was aghast. "William, my friend, look again! This is the the warlock Gavin, who through his nefarious schemes corrupted a priest, drove the innocents of Polca to a suicidal attack upon their Lord and the witch hunter he had brought in for their aid, and then sought to steal the souls of the dying for his dark purposes! I have brought him before you, so justice may be done." He drew his blade, placing it to the man's throat. "I would slay him now, but the people would likely wish to see him burn for his crimes and I would not rob them of that right."

He grinned at the gagged man's wide-eyed horror, and sheathed his blade. "In truth, he is a drunkard with no connections from lands afar. I am told he is guilty of several crimes, however, and most deserving of punishment all the same. The people will see no difference, you will be seen as a hero once again in their eyes, and a criminal will be brought to heel all the same."

Leandros' meeting:
"What are your services? Please don't tell me you're a merc...I already have one of them, and he annoys me at times."

Terryn's meeting:
"And what are these crimes, that this man committed?"

"I have heard," Terryn replied, "that he has robbed the innocent and helpless, only to wet his thirst. And what's more, I am to understand he is directly responsible for the deaths of at least two men in a recent tavern brawl that need not have escalated as it did, were it not for his actions. Never mind the many deaths and atrocities he may have contributed too whilst seeking ill-gotten coin. Or so I have heard. Surely a man so vile should be punished?"
