Either elbow or kick the peasant away, draw both swords and intimidate check.
As in, intimidate with lethal intent.

IF peasantStabsMeFirst
DO draw dagger and sword and kill the unarmored untrained peasant in bloody revenge. Also beware of any other peasants that would try to hurt me.

IF peasantGrapplesMe
  DON'T draw swords
DO bash the peasant and try to overpower him

IF peasantGoesAway
  DON'T be violent.

((I am armored, have swordmanship, and have +1 to Charisma.))

"Get your hands off me, please. I'm not quickly moved to violence, but sometimes I have to. And you know that I can get you before you get me."

Eurika says as forcefully as she can while doing the above.

"Alright! First off We've already identified the mage who caused the fog. We're still searching for him after we had lost track of him as soon as the fog started in the manor, and my knights have been trying to track him down, with no success insofar. However, I'd like to bring to your attention a far more grave matter. Whiloe you have been out doing this stupid riot, a band of mercenaries has taken the gall to start burning down parts of the city! I ask of you to cease this damn roit, so that we may face down these cowardly looters and give them the punishment they deserve!"

[Eurika]

[2+1-1] Unsurprisingly, the peasant refuses to abandon the only thing that protects him from the knights - you. [4] You easily kick him away and draw your swords, looking as intimidating as you can. [5] The poor man decides to take a few steps back, realising that the woman he was holding was armed and armored.

[Laythe]

[4-1] The peasants don't make a move against you, but they don't seem to want to help you either. Some of them recognize your knights as the men who have been searching the city. One of them walks forward, wielding a stick he probably found on the ground.

"And who the hell are you to give us orders, wench? Your men aren't part of the city's forces and they're not members of a mercenary band. Why should we trust you? What's telling us that you won't have us rounded up and executed?"

A few other men shout things involving your career and brothels, but you don't pay attention to them.

Roland sat dumbfounded, here he had been sneaking around, making deals, hiding from the law, like a criminal.  What a waste.  How many years has he been doing this?  How many wasted years?  "So.. what I've been doing is not illegal?" he asked one of the guards, he responded with a simple shake of his head.  The other guard reached down and picked up the pistol looking it over. "You were going to shoot at us? That's assault!" the other guard said looking at the first guard, "Right?"

"Yeah.. now that I think about it.. it is.  You were trying to kill us!" said the first skinnier guard.
"I have no idea what you are talking about." Roland stuttered.
"Trying to kill a guard is a very serious crime." said the larger guard.
"Is it?" Roland winced a bit.
"Well, yeah.. it.. it is?  Right?  They aren't allowed to try and kill us are they?" asked the larger guard.
"Nah, I don't think so, or else they'd always try to do it." said the skinnier guard.
"Good point, so we take this one in for conspiracy to kill the two of us?"
"I'd like to point out that I never would of killed you, simply.. maimed you a bit, plus I never touched that gun, Gunther did." Roland said eyeing the upstairs window from his seat.
"Who's Gunther?" the skinny one asked standing up and looking around.
"Yeah if someone is here you gotsta tell us, that's the law.. right?" said the larger one.
Roland simply nodded and put his face to his palm.
"Right, so who's Gunther." said the larger one.
"He's my monkey." Roland said looking up.
"Your what?" said the skinny guard glaring at Roland.
"My monkey, hairless, covered with stitches?  About 60 years old at least?" Roland said nonchalantly.
"Do you think we're stupid?" Said the skinnier one, trying his best to look fierce.
Roland sighed, "Yes, but I don't see how that has anything to do with Gunther."

Convince the guards to let me go, seeing as this was all one BIG misunderstanding.

Might be a trap.
Isn't it always like this?

William sits on the window sill, and prods the floor with his sword.

"What's stopping me from rounding up everyone is the mercenaries. If I waste time rounding up everyone here and executing them then the mercenaries burn more of your homes and livelihoods. I will not just abide with a force able to prevent it, However we can't do that the longer you tie up my forces here we can't help you."

Eurika asks the man,

"Do you know where a preacher named... Aurelius, was it? Do you know where he is? I need to find him for spiritual guidance... I think. "

Ask not only the peasant, but any other people for Aurelius.

William sits on the window sill, and prods the floor with his sword.

[?] Nothing happens.

[6] "Makes sense... But you didn't answer my other question, wench. Who are you, and who do you serve?"

Ask not only the peasant, but any other people for Aurelius.

[6] Everyone you see knows the man you're talking about - a false preacher doing tricks to get money from donation. No one saw him since you arrested him, however.

Huh.

William checks the walls, floors and ceilings for potential traps from his vantage point on the window sill.

William checks the walls, floors and ceilings for potential traps from his vantage point on the window sill.

[6] You do not spot any traps. Guess that window was simply opened to bring some fresh air into the building. However, you suddenly hear steps coming from the Lord's study. Someone is opening the door!

Think fast, someones openin-

William steps into the hallway, and kills whoever it is quickly, as long as it isn't a child, or young woman/man.

Think fast, someones openin-

William steps into the hallway, and kills whoever it is quickly, as long as it isn't a child, or young woman/man.

[2] You do not manage to get to the door before it is fully opened, allowing the person leaving the room to see you coming (no surprise bonus). [1] The person is... A guard! [3][4] There is another guard in the room, and the lord is behind them. [1] All three of them call for help. You'll have to finish this quickly.

William vs Guards
William has superior swordsmanship skill [+1 to rolls], the guards are two against one [+1 to hp]. Since they are fighting in a hallway, the guards get no other bonus for outnumbering Will.

[2+1 vs 1]
You quickly attack the first guard, who didn't have time to get his sword. One slash at his throat and its over - he dies drowning in his own blood. You walk over his dead body to engage the other guard. [Guards 3 HP]

[6+1 vs 3]

The second guard is ready for you when you attack. However, he is not as good with his weapon as you are, and while he does his best to dodge your assaults, you never let him counter-attack. Eventually, you manage to cut one of his fingers (on his left hand) and he cries out in pain. [Guard 2HP]

[6+1 vs 4]

For half a second, he looks at his left hand, as if wondering why the finger disappeared. You do not need any other occasion, and you slash at his chest. He takes a step back at the last moment, but you managed to leave him with a nasty flesh wound. [Guard 1 HP]

[5+1 vs 4]

He is getting desperate. He attacks with all his strength, and for a moment it looks like he could regain the advantage - but you easily dodge his sword and you behead him in one swift movement.

The lord is standing in front of you, terrorised. He is not shouting anymore. He starts pleading for his life, talking about how he was innocent and asking why you are there (as if it wasn't obvious).

[4-1] "A witch hunter? And who are you hunting, wench? The new Lord, perhaps?"
