umm, yea i cut down all the trees, my area is a woodling area but there is no trees anywere cause i sort of use them for charcoal >.> so what now

Since he is using wood for fuel, its safe to assume he has a military so i say caverns, and sieze the bloody tree hugger's elf's caravan.

im not around any civilization except my own Dwarves, and i think its a bad idea to attack them, but i do have a full squad in iron armor and wep

Its too bad you can't mark wooden items/furniture to 'B'urn, the same way you can mark metal items to 'M'elt. Toss that wooden garbage from the elves into the wood furnaces and make more coal!

i actully am good on coal.. i found a huge vein of coal, and now have 100+ coal in my bins (time to make more weapons)

Just kill them all, make a moat with spike traps (Use the pump screw as the weapon) Make much fortifications, station archers all over, and wait for the invasion

As far as I know, they don't actually give a single damn unless you try to sell them a wood-based product. If you're short on wood, dig out some soil chambers and breach the caverns and wait for trees to grow there and trees outside to regrow.

And, ofcourse, buy wood from the elves.

ok, how about when they go to the Trade Depot, i raise the bridge traping them on there little 6X6 island not connected to anything, and let them go insane and kill them selves...

will they still get angry at me and attemp to seige me?

and how can you mend a relationship?
