Voting for Ascend Sky Tower.

Cutting through the clouds, stands a thin, improbably high tower. It seems infinite, and it is said that at its top, the key to ultimate power lays waiting for an owner to claim it. The adventurers who seek the knowledge and power hidden within its depths range from naive to devious and smart to...not so bright. Follow the motley group as they climb each floor, winning over adversities.

This is an appropriate definition of that RTD. (Needs expounding  :P)

And add my vote for Ascend Sky Tower under Active.

Another vote to Skytower, with this addendum: "There's black licorice magic!"

Weird, Roll to be Heroic isn't in the Active list.

Voting to put that on the Active list. Description can...be on-hold, can't think of one currently.

I feel like nominating Roll To Priest by lawastooshort.

*Ahem*

A RTD based on this 20th century show, Roll To Priest incorporates elements of humor, mortality, black humor and plain good fun all in one game. Discover the benefits of having no player know anyone else as they (being priests) work for their goals to survive the bloody island.

Expect to be amazed. Or shocked, it's all synonymous in-context anyway.

Description wholly provided by Tiruin. Who probably should have nominated this instead of me.

I feel like nominating Roll To Priest by lawastooshort. (A link will be given once I figure out how to do so...)

*Ahem*

Join a Ragtag group of holy priests on a journey around, well, Ireland, where many adventures shall take place, and many evils shall be fought!
Werewolves!
Fire!
Pornographic Movies!
And worst of all...
HAIRY BABIES.

So, rules: Provide a link. Provide a description that doesn't infringe the forum rules (Yes, that third one was in the RTD but it did not contain any sort of what is stated).

Code: (How to link) [Select]
Put the text here

So:

Roll To Priest

I've got an RTD I'd like to add to the library.

You are the villain, a RTD in which the community takes control of a villain who is trying to do villainous stuff. So far, she's mostly been trying to make death rays, getting horribly injured when those death rays fail, and sometimes gotten on the bad side of the police. It's kinda open-ended, and I'll try to cope with (sensible) player suggestions. It's still active, and I update at least once a day, more if people have posted more. I'm interested to see where this goes, and want to get some more players so that it can accelerate some.

[GreatWyrmGold] gets a little crown. May it forever be his mark of Cain; let no one argue pointless subjects with him lest they receive the same.

Add my vote for Zealots and Demons:  The Fall of a God under active, and going for more than a month.

Sadly, I cannot give a description for this. Buh, first voter-rules.

Edit: Thanks you Caellath!

Also, +1 to Zealots and Demons, which also needs a synopsis.

The game has to be active for a month, if I remember correctly. But, do we have any minimalist RTDs in here? Like the original?

No, we don't, unfortunately. However, if we did nominate one right now, it would have to be yours, as PRINCESS ABDUCTED lasted a day and a half, with a few people having posted a bit with no actions a few days ago.

I'll do it for you, Tiruin.

Zealots and Demons:  The Fall of a God Active, going on for more than a month.
A long time has passed since the gate has been closed and no demons threaten the world. Even if unperturbed by the menace of the evil forces that long ago poured forth from their dimension, humanity still faces strife. Without a common enemy, the world is still a dangerous place as the ones who once struggled for survival turn onto each other for various reasons, and the world dives into disarray. Follow the partly-competent PCs as they delve into a world where gods and demons exist and secrets still untold shall be revealed.

It didn't even last that long- by my count, from OP to the last game post was a touch over five hours. An amusing five hours, maybe, but certainly not the necessary month. Although, re-reading the OP there's a clause in there allowing exceptions for "outstanding cases," and PRINCESS ABDUCTED might qualify by virtue of only being designed to last five hours.

Anyway, back to lurking.

I'd like to make a third vote for Zealots and Demons: The Fall of a God, based on its being really very good.

I would like to disclose that I am biased, being in it.

Edit:
Also, if it is possible I would like to submit my own description of the above voted for game (disclosure: I am the GM):

Part homage, part road-trip sitcom, Roll to Priest is a journey through the baffling day to day incompetence of average everyday priests on their quest from the farthest reaches of rural Ireland to the very heart of the Vatican. Contains authorised swearing, nudity, and arson. Notable for the month long selection process which the GM desperately hopes will not be the highlight of the game. Also contains Latin.

Final edit: I also just noticed that my own submission was counted as a vote for Magnificent Timelord, which is incorrect as I surely can't vote for myself, so I suggest that this should be taken off the HoF.
