If you just want to share .cmv movies here, you can upload them to the DF Map Archive.

If you want a program on your computer that runs them, I don't think any exist. Markavian (the guy who runs the map archive) posted some code for a possible CMV editor on the wiki, and Toady re-posted a viewer for old .cmv files (old as in they haven't been compatible with DF since at least 2005), which I later uploaded to the DFFD.

If you want to see some neat recordings other than the ones on the map archive, I also uploaded Toady's old recordings to the DFFD.
