I love playing games with my kids. My 5-year-old is into SimCity Societies and Peggle as sort of "gateway" games for when she's older. Oh, and the Raving Rabbids series on the Wii.

My 8 year old brother enjoys CoD: Black Ops and Hawx. I must convert him.

When I was a kid, I played Civ III and Sim City 3000. I have yet to move on.

@Footjob, you can microwave most grains I've tried pretty easily through the microwave, even if they aren't packaged for it.

I wish there were spambots that only spammed helpful advice and useful proverbs instead of links to sites.

I've been thinking about getting SuperMonkeyBall. Heard good things about it, and it's tough finding games for kids that don't require certain thresholds of coordination and/or skill. She gets easily frustrated if the game is complex (for instance, all she does on the Raving Rabbids ones are games that involve holding the remote and nunchuck and running in place really fast). How complicated are the games in MonkeyBall?

Stacking is a good kids game it seems.
CoD:MW3 seems to attract a lot of little boys, so you might want to look into that.

Maybe it's parasitic. It never loses its flavor because you eventually die from having your nutrients stolen by it.

I visited my sisters family last summer. I was terrified when I saw their 5 year old son play mw2 when I stepped in from their front door. Apparently he had seen his father play and asked if he can try too. Hus dad didnt have problem with that and showed him how to find server and everything. He wasnt too good, he seems to play mostly barret no scope so he doesnt get kills at all. Mayby when he finds zooming button, who knows.
I dont play cod games but still, I sometimes wonder if I really am playing with 5 year olds.

So remeber, when you have someone with 0:20 stats in your game and he uses tactics like barret noscope, you might be playing with this kid.
