Ryan suffers a terrible mining incident where a large amount of ground and metal ore buries him. After being rescued, he discovers his balls were destroyed by mother nature's onslaught.

While Ryan repairing pipes, a small earthquake shakes the tunnel! (Caellath, hard event=5: 2) Luckily, the tunnel doesn't collapse. However, several pipes burst as Ryan runs through the tunnel! (Draignean, Difficult event=4: 4) Ryan is mildly scalded and loses vision in one eye! The doctor doesn't know if his sight will return. A few days later Ryan recieves more bad news. His uncle has died! Ryan wasn't very close (Sinpwn, medium event=3: 6) but his uncle left a big oaken chest to him! Inside there is....(Theodolus, difficult event=4: 1) a decent amount of money and some old designs for a flying machine! It appears his uncle shared his fascination with the sky. Late one night Ryan has a wonderful idea for a machine that flys! (Tiruin, medium event=3: 6) It is better than any other machine yet, so he writes it down. Ryan's manager sees some of the designs that he made (Mcclay, medium event=3: 6) He is extremely interested and wants to help out in his free time!

TEAM SUCCESS: 9 points
TEAM FAILURE: 4 points

Team failure is not doing well..

NOTES:
*Ryan's boss is helping design flying machines.

Ryan then becomes filled with passion for his goal and carries onwards in planning out and making a stable foundation for his work, business and future hierarchy. Doing it with fervor and bravery.

Sorry, I didn't get what you said about letting the next waitlister in or switching to failure. I thought you meant the teams were unbalanced 3:4, not 2:4.
