Description: A former member of the Army Corps of Engineers, you were assigned to a UN outpost as part of a group attempting to repair a bridge over a nearby gorge that had been deemed strategically important. After several months without instruction or information you received a dispatch explaining that the bridge you were sent to repair had never existed in the first place and that the gorge it crossed was 15 feet deep, rather then 15 meters. Contact with the UN was lost soon afterwards. With nothing else to do, you settled in a nearby village and lived as a mechanic until the Forgotten Sons arrived. After escaping the siege and razing that followed, you and the other survivors traveled further west before coming upon the enclave you now call home. You are determined to safeguard your new home from the Forgotten Sons, or anything which may threaten the way of life you've grown accustom to.

>>I'm handling this in one big post because separating it out into individual ones would drive me insane. Plus, you're all seeing the same thing anyways."Quiet! Quiet!! Don't all talk at once! Did your mother never tell you that was rude?!"
The man in the gas station stands up abruptly and stalks toward Tiruin, Maldevious and New Guy, mumbling and twitching as he goes. "Crafty people? Yes, yes you are, yes... I knew they couldn't be trusted... I shall keep my eyes on you! We both shall!"
The man pauses and stares intently at Tiruin before turning to Maldevious and then to New Guy.
"Yes, we were right. You are brothers. Hm hmm."
He nods rapidly to himself and presses his gun to his ear for a moment before leveling it at Tiruin again.
"And you are looking for... Supplies, was it?"
More nodding and mumbling.
New Guy, trying semi-successfully to stifle a laugh, asks "Do you need help?"
Tiruin, trying semi-successfully to ignore the gun pointed at his head, asks "Who is the Lord of bottles?"
The man spins to face New Guy.
"Help? Do I need help? Do I need help?! From you? Ha! It is you who need my help, traveling as you are into the lands of the piskee-people, the forgetful drums, the mushroom warriors and the teriyaki snowmen! And let's not forget the Bottle Lord himself... Oh yes, you need us. They just haven't told you why yet."
He spins again, to face Tiruin.
"You seek to travel through this place, forsaken by all deities up to and including the Four Green Gods of the Oblong Corners, and yet you do not know of the Lord of Bottles? Truly, it is madness, and you are lucky we happened upon you in time."
The man abruptly straightens up and smiles as he stuffs the pistol back in its holster and turns on his heel to face the gas station, rambling as he heads inside.
"Come, come inside, have a seat! There is not much in the place, but help yourselves! ...Make youself useful, Jakov! Pour them some drinks. No, they aren't agents of the Bottle Lord, he's not followed us this far! Pull yourself together. Have some vodka yourself, calm your nerves. Yes, you boys have picked a bad time to travel through the countryside. As lovely as it is this time of year, that just means all the tourists flock here from Mesopotamia, with their onion-scented cameras and their terribly noisy amusements. Such a racket! I tell you, you see one rocket-propelled grenade launcher and you've seen them all. Oh shush you, Jakov! Martha isn't even here, and I'd still say it if she was! Pfah, you and your taste in women, honestly..."
He pulls a rather filthy and broken bucket out and places it and the pistol on the counter before continuing to scrounge as he had been before the intruders interrupted. Tiruin, Maldevious, and New Guy, for their part, begin scavenging as well. Terkiey stands in the doorway, eying Yoinks cautiously.
