Go outside, use my practiced eye and make sure everything is as it should be.

By the way, if people are taking a lot of actions while I do nothing, just assume I am in auto.

You dump your various bits and bobs off in the armory and walk out beyond the perimeter fence to take a look around. There's nothing but fields and the faint shape of low hills in the distance as far as you can see. From the drive here you remember that there's pretty much nothing of for miles. You kick the dirt around for a few minutes and manage to get your foot trapped in one of Maldevious's traps before walking back to the front of the base.

Go outside, use my practiced eye and make sure everything is as it should be.

You jump up from bed and walk outside to survey the area. Everything seems to be as it should be.

> Find the group and explain the two ways back to our home

"I think we should stick to the service road, as the main road is crawling with raiders. And we might find some interesting stuff in the mining town."

You slip your new weapon into it's holster and make your way back to the front of the base. Tiruin and New guy are still standing around and drago is walking in from main gate. You the three of them a quick overview of the information you've discovered.

"I think we should stick to the service road," You say, looking out toward the main gate, "the main road is crawling with raiders. And we might find some interesting stuff in the mining town."

Spoiler: NG (click to show/hide)

"When I went to the area where I found the vaccines, I swear I saw a fleeting female apparition wearing a lab coat while I was fastening my chemical suit. Didn't pay it much attention that time, but now that I think about it, I guess it was a ghost. Anyway, it seems that nobody has a spare weapon, so I'm off to looking for something useful at the armory."

> Enough idle chit-chat, hightail it to the armory.

> Examine Armory for useful items, specifically more batteries similar to the ones in my inventory and some metallic objects with similar or the same dimensions as the coil gun shells.

> Leave Armory, head for the Garage. Examine Garage for useful objects, such as the ones written above. Also, look for something to drink/eat.

> Leave Garage, head for the Infirmary. Wear chem suit, enter Infirmary and look around for first-aid kits or medicine (flu, diarrhea).

((Also, requesting stats for chem suit, such as weight. I failed to update my inventory, so yeah.))

>>Your current inventory (as far as I know)
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

You jog to the armory, suddenly feeling as though time is short, and duck under the door. You spend the next several minutes digging through the room in search of batteries and ammo. Your quest for batteries comes up short, but after looking at the ammo for a bit you've come to the conclusion that your gun might be able to fire any of these bullets, as long as they're effected by magnetism. You'd have to pry them out of their casings, but that wouldn't be so bad.

You wander out to the garage to continue the search. No batteries here, besides a few double aa's and a car battery, but some of these steel ball bearings might make functional ammo. You pocket a handful.

>Ball Bearings (10) (1kg) added to inventory.

You leave the garage and encounter Terkiey, apparently keeping vigil over the empty field.
"You know where some food and water is?" You ask.
He jerks his thumb to the barracks behind him.
"In the back of the kitchen. Some containers of water and a box of rations."

>Didn't have you go eat or drink because you don't need it yet. If you to go get some for later or just eat now anyways, just let me know

You nod and walk past him, through the front of the base and into the infirmary (you never took that chem suit off). You take a quick look around and find a few vials of morphine, some surgical tools, five sterile, individually packaged syringes marked Shockstop, a jar of unlabeled black pills, and a what looks like a modified caulking gun with the label Medi-foam on the canister inside it.
> Medi-foam (1kg)added
>Shockstop (5) addded
>Morphine (3) (1kg) added
>Surgical tools added
>Jar of Black Pills (1kg)

Have everything mapped out (for you). Not many people go into making a whole world with history and everything

(also I just woke up)

Spoiler: NG (click to show/hide)

> Head to the kitchen, stock up on some meals and water, assuming there are some empty containers available over there.

> Remove Chemical Suit, and go back to where everyone is (the jeep). From there, talk to Tiruin about leaving the barracks and journeying further down The Long Road.

"Hey Tiruin, we've been assaulted by raiders here, do you think it's time to go and set up camp elsewhere? I mean, after you fix the jeep of course. Would be a hassle to walk down the road with only our legs as a means of transportation."

> If he (and others) agrees, bring most of the kitchen consumables and beverages over to the jeep.

> Check status (thirst, hunger, sleep).

((Having some kind of map, even if it isn't showed immediately (because the rooms are unexplored) is nice, because we can have an idea what a room looks like, stuff in it, etc.))

> If time has passed, check snares.

> Look for some sort of non-bullet weapon (i.e. bow and arrow) for hunting

"So, I guess I'm the only one with an opinion on where we're going. Well then, we should take the service road. I think we should get out of here before night falls. Besides, we have the vaccines we came for."

> Try and help get the Jeep repaired. If it can't get fixed, help where needed

> Eat or drink if needed

((Few small suggestions: could you have us eat or drink when we need to, unless we don't have any food or water or we specifically say we don't want to? That seems like it'd save some time for everyone involved. Also, some background info: how far away from our home are we? I know it's a long road, but how far are we talking? A day's journey? A week? A month? That'd help with RP and just having an idea of how far we have to go. Good game so far, enjoying it quite a bit))

Auto: Still On (Requesting updated inv.)

>Vote IN for Yoink!

>Fill my canteen while getting two tins of the canned food (leaving 10 left)

>Stride back to the barracks to tend with my 'patient'.

>Respond to New Guy

"Aye, my friend. The attack force is only three people and no doubt I'd expect more, especially when their strike force hasn't returned. They may be scouts, or just random throwaways, I am unsure. Maybe you could help drago or Maldevious on the jeep. I'll tend to my patient to get some answers, hoping I know my lingo correct."

>Nonchalantly greet the one called drago with a nod and smile, hand him:
    Bundle of wire (5)
    Plastic tubing (2) (1kg)
    Air filter (1) (1kg)
    Insta-steel tube (half full)

and the Multi-tool (.5kg) "I'll need this back when you finish, the rest, you keep."

requesting him to fix up that jeep, given his assumed knowledge on both driving and mechanics.

>About that patient, calm him down saying that our 'scuffle' yesterday was about self-defense. They fired first, and obviously we had to return fire. No harm done there.

Then affirm my action, by telling to his face that I am patching him up, not for the reason of interrogation but because I am a doctor. Give him the choice of a quick death by my pistol if he agrees, but try to respond kindly.

If he gives in, ask him why they attacked us and why they couldn't just work together in their goal. Introduce myself, and ask his name too. Share with him some water and one tin of canned food to show him I mean it (and I do).

((Good job on everything piecewise! But a certain updated character sheet with major updates (pertaining to everyone in an update) would be wise. Or a request that we keep track of our own score, I don't mind  :))))
