You still have to deal with the Karmabots though. Always doing good deeds and burying the death.

Pfft. Cloaking spells/generators. Common.

Also, as a Shadowmancer I often get them at reduced prices.

Sorry, I'm new to this game, and I wanted to ask, what is the best class if I want to play a hermit living in a mountain? I wan high intelligence, strength, constitution, and survival.
You'll want a War Herpetologist, then. They start out with good strength for being warriors and some poison resistance from what they deal with, plus a fair bit of intelligence for being scientists, but where they really shine is when you demi-class into Mad Scientist. That's when you get armored scales and a reptilian metabolism, so you can go quite a while without eating.

Edit: Oh, wait, you want to live on a mountain, don't you? Yeah, being cold-blooded won't mesh so well with that.

In that case, go Battle Chef (which gives you strength, constitution, and survival) and demi-class into Cooking Guru (which will give you your intelligence).

Or I suppose you could play a Fire Dragon, but they're a bit underpowered.

Wait, pinecones don't work, but can you gather up Zoph corpses, and use those?
I mean, if they're everywhere, why not use them?

Because they rot?
Plus they're far more easy to weaponize by necromancers and the associated riffraff is nasty.

Meanwhile acorns are skyrocketing. Colonial servers are suddenly the richest ones.

Additionally, Zoph corpses aren't exactly a standard currency, they tend to vary depending on what they're mimicking.

there's a zoider bank operating in sec 3/5/-2/52 - 3/8/-3/52 with the exclusion of 3/7/-2/52 due to the a recent market collapse and subsequent withdrawal of enterprises

it's not serverwide, but many currencies are seeing localized standardization. remember plasma bolts back during the second great uprising in metasector 7? people literally traded how many plasma bolts they could shoot at people should the guy owning the i.o.u.s so desire

Hey guys, just found titanium in my mountain! Plenty of it!
Maybe I can smelt it to coins and restore the economy in my general area!
... but I'm a hermit. :(

Leave it somewhere safe.
It's really hard to process titanium. And you don't get much use of it until mid-game.

Also, they nerfed Void Cannon...
Again.

Jeez, GGC. Stop nerfing the stuff that does not need nerfing and look at the issue of truly broken things, like the Frying Pan.

Rebuilt my entire Planet, now I have A huge armada of war ships and my capital ship, A huge Star-sized Mega fortress, fitted to move extremely fast, and has many many weapons, I am looking to go into the Magic tech, Anyone have any pointers?

I haven't even built A Magicians table yet, to busy with tech.

I just trained a few Nocturnal Peacekeepers, and let them explore the nearest planet. A few minutes later i got a pop-up that said: "A new source of energy has been found". Why did this happen and what do i do now?

And why are Nocturnal Peacekeepers so horribly slow?

Edit: this is the planet on which i found the source of energy:http://tinyurl.com/me7szuy

Well, they are during daylight cycles. Once night falls they should be much faster.

The new source of energy can be anything from a new type of wood to anti-anti-inverse quantum generators. The notification is bugged at the moment and will pop up for anything, even if it's just a new variety of something you already have.
