Okay, the plan failed and I dealt the finishing blow (it couldn't be worse).

Dellus watches Diego's move, and tries to elaborate a plan based on the outcome.

ACTION: If Diego strikes the bandit, use light-bending magic to disguise myself as the man struck down by Diego then talk to the rest of the bandits, telling them that everything is alright. If it does not work, try to fool him by causing an explosion in a distant place.

I seriously hope this works.

"Steve, they're trying to talk to us. We need an orbital bombardment NOW!"

Ktimbi, previously unaware of the area's fauna, makes out the word "wolves," and realizes what to call upon to draw away the guards' attention.

Well fine if everyone is going to be like that, here's my action.

Stand and wait a turn. Wonder why everyone is ignoring me.

April hastened to whisper to her battle-brother. "...uhh, I think we should take them out quietly... or try, but it shouldn't be that hard!" April tried to quickly and quietly take down the guard with her shortsword.

this is going to be a shitshow, half of the people trying to murder this guy while the other half try to distract him or even talk to him.

((^This. Well I'll start to work on the turn. Place your bets on either the guard survives, dies or wolves appear out of nowhere and kill everyone.))

I'm placing a bet on the RNG giving everyone who makes a move 1s.

((I already rolled most of the turn, and believe me, there were no 1s so far. In fact, I guess this is the last roll and it is a 6.))
