Didn't you say we could use influence when we got our leader to do something out of town? Because there are a lot of people doing so, and it would be nice to know wherether I'm right or wrong.

No one's started out side of town, so no one is doing that, you can give people orders then go do something, but if your not home by the start of your turn then you can't, unless you are literally in the same hex as them.

first turn posted, if one of your actions was invalid, you don't lose influence for it.  If you fail something though it's the same as succeeding just without the stuff, so if you were chased off by beasts trying to do foraging or something, you can't attempt to forage again til next month.

I wish you could, be hella easier on me, but you can't they have left forever, they will probably die, just a heads up.
