Yes, the PdSkillLvl part was a mistake, I was editing it out when you posted. Still, if the Officer's Might is directly added into the attack/defense value, and so is tactics, aren't the both of them flat bonuses? Also, I assume only the highest Tactics skill value in the army is accounted for rather than adding up every Officer's, the later being the case for Might, is that right?

Might is times by the amount of pop, tactics is just added at the end, and anyone who's in the fight adds there tactics as well.

Attack/Defense Value: Terrain/Fortification Modifiers x[Population x(1d10 + Base Racial Might) + Officers's Might + Officers' Tactics + Officersd10]

Does Writ, together with skill levels themselves, limit the level of the books produced by a character, or does it simply speed up their writing?

Never before has creating a dysnatical library been so instigating... Supposing I do not de-age myself, would I be able to force my heir to start reading through the family library made in the 4-40 years I have left?

You could flat out just take the time to teach him if you wanted.  Probably gonna add some school mechanics when they actually become viable, if we even get that far.
