With the trait Narcotics and drunkard, will you loose the points permanently if you canīt supply the needed gods? Or is it just until you can?

Edit #2: In the rulebook, it says that scales also gives another trait, or have I misunderstood things?

You can still hunt, there's an undisclosed herbivore in the lands surrounding you, hopefully it isn't like poison mice, like it was for one person..

You lose the points consecutively until you sate your desire, so I suggest you don't take either of those, unless those mushrooms are gonna be psychedelic, but you don't know that yet.
