Bump, Double-Post, and a reminder.

If you want custom content added in after the game has begun, just PM so I can add it to the world events.  I also sort of forgot to mention my role in all of this;  I'll be managing content, and creating content for the players.  You, as the players, will control the characters and PM about things that are wanted in the game.

Fahim Nahnijaad

Male

A veterinarian by trade, Fahim spent most of his time dealing with the mut offspring of the original cats or dogs brought onto the ship. Fahim is a father of one child and his wife died in child birth as her hips were extremely narrow and the son almost died too. Fahim has never touched a gun in his life, being a pacifist (or atleast he was before the event). Since he is the closest thing to a xenobiologist handy, he is the go to guy on what exactly the creatures are. His son was lost in the chaos of a riot.

This is my character.

Oh yeah, I already have your character Gotdamnmiracles.  I'm just waiting on a couple more to come in before I start.

Yeah, the decks are fine.  That was actually what I was going to add in in the first place, was some generic things like residential and storage quarters.

Yeah. I think there will be a few others, navigation, officers/crew quarters, temple teir (caters to all religions), medical bay, cafeteria level, sceince bay, habitation/life support systems (These are entire teirs and decks made up entirely of electronics, air reprocessers, water and plumbing systems and, recycling), brig, chemical fabrication plant, and morgue/body processing. Anything else that is obvious? I don't think we should have a barracks or security deck.

None that I can think of at the moment.  Remember, once the game officially begins, I'll be taking the input through PMs and then incorporating them into the world somehow.

Welcome to the U.S.S. Isabella, a colony ship from the earth empire.  Here one can enjoy a variety of themes in the multiple levels of the ship as it takes you to your target planet.  On the top deck, there are places where one can relax, and enjoy food and drink.  The rest of the floors contain both some form of storage, and residential quarters (with the exception of the engine rooms and the bottom floor).  On the bottom floor, one can find emergency escape vessels in the case of extreme emergency, though that is very unlikely.  We will ensure your voyage through the stars is a pleasent one.
The Isabella is quite large,  it is in face at least as big (if not bigger) than the biggest city on earth.  We have a highly specialized staff compromised of specialized engineers, scientists, and of course an elite security taskforce in the case of unruly citizens.
Some of the more notable floors in the Isabella include, but are not limited to, residential floor 8, with artificial sunlight and the look and feel of earth; The Isabella Archives, where our majestic amount of reading material is available; The agricultural decks, where we grow our ships food supply during the voyage; the market, where denizens can find whatever commodity they need, provided they have enough luxury ration tickets to afford it; and of course, the water recycling system, which uses the most advanced steam based technology to recycle every single drop of water on the ship.

---------------------------------

Nothing of note is happening at the moment;  The market is buzzing,  the artificial sun is shining, and the U.S.S. Isabella is drifting through space, on her way to a distant planet being colonized.

((OOC goes in double parentheses.  Now would be a good time to PM and enter your characters, if everybody hasn't already given up on the game.))

"I think your kitty will be just fine as long as you give her her medication." Fahim says with a smile to the little girl. Fahim hands a small bottle of pills to the mother. "Twice daily, she should eat it with her food. If there are any more complications, please don't hesitate to comm me."

Fahim walked out of the exam-room into the waiting room after the family had left. Fahim turns to his secretary. "Anybody else, Dimah? It's been a slow week."

Dimah replies, her old smoker's voice ringing through the empty waiting room, "No, I don't think so."

Suddenly someone in the back of the waiting room speaks up, it's a child's voice.  "I think that my wabbit's sick.  Can you see if he's okay?"  The child is carrying a quivering bundle in her arms.

Dimah speaks up once more; "well, it looks like we have one more client."

"Okay. Come into the exam room here." Fahim gestures into the room he emerged from. "Let's have a look." Fahim closes the door behind her as she enters the small, almost cramped, room with a metal table in the center, standing just taller than the short child.

The child pushes the quivering bundle onto the table, which happens to be wrapped in a blanket.  She peeps her head over the table's edge slightly, standing on the tips of her toes.

Fahim slowly unwraps the bundle "So what makes you think your bunny is sick? Has it been coughing or got the sniffles?" Fahim turns to look at the girl to flash a smile while still unwrapping the bundle.
