Slade slab in legends?

I was just looking through legends when I found a slade slab! It was then claimed by some necromancer. Glitch?

Stupid necromancer should have gone with adamantine. It's more valuble and a whole lot lighter.

Train up your Misc-Object user skill and beat people over the head with it. A great weapon both in symbolism and effectiveness.

I had a raw adamantine slab, that I didn't quite manage to get my grubby dwarven hands on...

Sorry to dissappoint you but I can't get the save to upload. Good news is I don't think this a unique incident since my world was only 100 or so years old and the guy who made it had a ridiculously long title.
