I can't give the seed to you guys because I just got the new version and deleted the old (it was df_34_O2). I nearly gave myself a slade slab facepalm) sorry. I'll check in the new version.

Hmmm... I've got some interesting results. It appears all slabs are made by random guys with long titles and then immediately claimed by a necromancer who then proceeds to learn the secrets of life and death from it. It also appears that slabs can be made out of just about any rocks. I even came across one made of gypsum plaster, I mean gypsum plaster, seriously? Now who would actually take a necromancer seriously. first slade and now gypsum plaster... well I guess there is the whole undead horde thing.

Slabs can be made out of metal too. The world I genned with the awesome demon in it also had an aluminum and a platinum slab.

I'm pretty sure it's demons who make the slabs. Or possibly master necromancers making their apprentices slabs.

No, they make useless books, and take apprentices.  They teach the apprentice by word of mouth, while the original slab loiters about waiting for an adventurer to come and wreck stuff.
