Butcher the wagon for "Wagon Logs". Cook those for "Prepared Wagon Log Brains".

It's treated as completely normal because this is Dwarf Fortress.  There's absolutely nothing wrong with surrounding yourself with a wall of flames, only to later realize that you're surrounded by a wall of flames.
There's nothing that can't be solved by hurling fifteen roc birds at it.

Oh man, the soldier-turned zombie has been hanging outside my fort for a long time, he got attacked by a brush titan, and just dodged it's attacks for about 6 months, then a were-beast came and the titan killed it. Goblin seige came and killed the titan, then the entire seige tried to hit the zombie and couldn't. The most amazing thing is that the shield he is wielding is an artifact!

Did he fight back against the titan / siege?

he doesn't really fight back is the problem, he just dodges and very occasionaly counterattacks, I had combat reports 100 pages long of him dodging. When he does counterattack it hurts though, he put both of my legendary soldiers in the hospital when I tried to get him away from my doors. His axe is also named now.

If he's that good at dodging and that well equipped he'd be awesome as crossbow practice.

I wonder, since wagons are technically creatures according to the raws, could we get a zombie wagon?

Furthermore, would it be dangerous?

Furtherfurthermoremore, would we be able to weaponize it?
This is dwarf fortress we're talking about, here. I'd be ashamed if it couldn't be weaponized.

Dwarves passing by get good thoughts from the mist of water and exploding felines.
Anyone of the equivalent to the royal bloodline in a nomadic group would have a sun tattooed on their hand, or a scrotum on their forehead (it's a little-known fact that fraternities are based off of long-forgotten tribes).

I doubt it. They don't have [CREATURE_CLASS:GENERAL_POISON], which is required to be affected by most any toxin.

Well, I wonder what we can do about that.
