It says give so I assume it means that Scelly is giving it to FFS and not copying it. Also I play Dry Bones on FFS because I want to see what he does with it.

I also think it makes more sense that card is moved rather than copied.

I am going to update point values once a turn, I think, but will try to keep on top of the cards themselves as often as I can from now on.

Is DERP discarded? I would say no, since the only real rules is that cards are played in front of you. Should 'only effect on play' cards be discarded?

Its either that or whoever has Derp can just keep using its ability over and over. There is nothing limiting it from being used again and again if it stays in play. Also I don't know what anti-gravity will do in this situation. What I would like it to do is because Dry Bones just happened I get derp as I was the next player but whatever.

I'm not sure. On the official site:

If the card has a point value or some other sort of lasting effect, it stays in front of the player it was played on (or in the middle of the table) until it is somehow nullified, discarded, or removed by another card.  Otherwise, it is simply placed in the discard pile.

Since DERP doesn't seem to have a lasting effect but rather a one-use effect upon being played, I would think it falls into the second category. It's your call, though.

A card's effect, unless otherwise stated, happens when it is played. Just because it stays on the field doesn't mean it is used every turn. That said, however, I think single effect cards should go to the graveyard, as that seems to be standard.

Woah woah woah. Was that the card you got from tapping Dorf? "Draw and play one card" implies that the actions apply to the same card, meaning you immediately play whatever your draw.

And yeah, Antigravity is confusing.
