One fine day in the middle of the night,
Two dead boys got up to fight,
Back to back they faced each other,
Drew their swords and shot each other,
One was blind and the other couldn't see,
So they chose a dummy for a referee.
A blind man went to see fair play,
A dumb man went to shout "hooray!"
A paralysed donkey passing by,
Kicked the blind man in the eye,
Knocked him through a nine inch wall,
Into a dry ditch and drowned them all,
A deaf policeman heard the noise,
And came to arrest the two dead boys,
If you don't believe this story’s true,
Ask the blind man, he saw it too!

The mist fades, and your senses take hold of your mind. You can see the grass, light green and speckled with dew; you can hear the soft wind driving the fog before it; you can feel the cold touch of water vapor on your face. The world is blurry and shadowed. Your limbs don't move when you tell them to. In the half-light, you can see shapes moving around you... or are you imagining it?

Wait, this is basically just us telling what to put into the world and see what happens? Seems pretty cool. I'll contribute if i get some kind of example on how exactly we should do this, just a bit confused here.

Following so hard, no contributions for the moment since I am pressed for time. I highly respect you as a GM, though, and all your past games have been top notch so this one will probably be excellent.

That's close, but not quite what happens; stuff randomly (that is, whatever I decide) happens to the character and you have to give him commands to survive through this surreal dreamscape.
