The goblin while catching his breath glares at you, then takes the dagger you slid to him and walks up to the cage. He stabs at the gorilla.

The gorilla rips off his arm, roars and beats him with it, only angered at the stab wound in its shoulder.
Some Science did seem to get on it though...
The injured goblin crawls to safety, as in a corner away from the arm flailing gorilla.

1 goblin distracts the gorilla while another takes the key
and another goblin checks the lock in case using the key makes a trap happen

Ignore the gorilla and check the door for traps.

+1 oh, and let our horridly injured friend flee. He did better than most.

You send a goblin to check the door for traps. He finds nothing, you certainly need that key. The injured goblin, while coughing, dashes out the door to rush for water to clean himself, there is a puddle at the end of the hall from before.

The gorilla loses interest in the arm.

That risks the loss of 2/6 of our goblins. Failure means we have 4 left. A partial success means we have 5. I say, do what any good general does in a critical moment when the first move means a heavy loss. Wait.

You order everyone to stay back to avoid any contact with the gorilla.
The goblin that ran to wash himself cleans off the science. His coughing is letting up.

The gorilla coughs.

You tell a marksgoblin to shoot at it, as well as you throw a rock at it. The bolt pierces it in the lower body, stuck there.

the bleeding slows the gorilla's actions. The gorilla is only angered by the rock. It coughs.
