Na we don't, it is clearly a sample of kimberlite just from the description given. Don't need photos.

Geologist reporting:

The 'streaks' indicate that it's either a metamorphic rock formed by compression (ig. gnesis) or, depending on the size, a sedimentary formed by compaction. As always with rocks, surface colour is basically worthless for identification. What we actually need to know is A] hardness and B] streak colour.

For hardness, I'd like you to try to scratch the rock with your fingernail, a penny, a steel knife and, if you can find it, a diamond of some sort. Then test if it can scratch glass (careful not to break the glass and cut yourself though!) Report which, if any, the rock can scratch/be scratched by.

For streak colour, we normally use ceramic plates to rub the rock against. If you can find a terra cotta pot that should work OK. Report back what colour the power produced by rubbing the rock up against the pot, assuming it's not terra cotta red.

Please include a coin or ruler in the picture for size comparison!
