I'm a bit busy today, so you should have my CS either late tonight or tomorrow morning.

Xardalas PMed me to let me know he can't play right now.  I have character sheets and backstories from Taricus and Dwarmin, and backstories from LordBucket.  I'll need backstories and sheets from everyone else as soon as can be managed so we can start playing this Monday.

Uh, okay! I'll go to the library and see if it's possible for me to get the PDF today. All I know is that I want to play a scout, other than that I've no idea... Anyway, if I can get the PDF that's great, I'll do my sheet, but if I can't I most likely won't be able to play.
I'll see what happens!

No problem; if you can't, I'll see about an alternative, but if you can't get it you'll stick get first dibs on any new open slots that come up in the future (in case you manage to be able to play in the future), along with Tiruin.

I'll get to work on it soon. Quick question: How detailed are you expecting backstories to be? I prefer to leave mine somewhat generic so I can fill them in as I play; having 'too defined' a background at the beginning feels somewhat restrictive to me, whereas leaving a lot of loose gaps gives time periods where I or the GM can fill in interesting bits.

Are PDFs of the rulebook available online? I can't play this particular game, but it sounds really interesting.

Detailed enough to know what your character did in the past, and what some of their goals for the future are and where they are today.

Obviously, you can be as detailed as you like, but anything you leave open for now I can sculpt out later with your input or as a surprise.

I found out I won't have the time to play. Sorry.

No problem.  Thanks for your interest.

Okay, It's looking like this will be a rebellion/neutral leaning game; if you've sent in multiple characters, just let me know which one (remember that being a spy or informant is always an option if you want a criminal or Imperial character from the start).

Okay, I'm mostly done with my character sheet. I just sent you an update on it Arathos, but I'm not sure if it went through. Sorry it had to be so late.

Can we get an update on party composition? From what I've seen in the thread so far, we have:

Updated with information from later posts:
 * Dwarmin: Scout
 * SeriousConcentrate: Fringer
 * Taricus: Soldier
 * Yoink (tentative): Scout
 * LordBucket: Either Tech Specialist or Noble
 * Gatleos: Force Adept
 * Gotdamnmiracle: ?

I've written character backgrounds for both a Tech Specialist and a Noble, and I'm planning on choosing between them based on what the party needs. We don't really need two techs, and we don't really need two nobles. I'm comfortable in either role, I just need to know if we already have any so we don't needlessly double up on something.

Gatleos? Gotdamnmiracle? What will you two be playing?

@Lord: Two techs could work together on the same task, though. But we only need one person specced in it, specifically-the other person can just have enough points to clear 10 and give the aid another bonus.

Also, my alt char, officially Imperial faction now, is a noble. She could be changed with a few lines to her lore if needed, heh.

@Urist: Interesting!

So, to be clear you are planning on playing your scout?
