I claim Mafol as Cain the IV (or is it V now). Since all Cains have been posessed by the same spirit since the beginning. He will become a seige engineer and a speardwarf.

I wonder if He will build a Ballista now. And begin the Cult of the Mighty Ballista.

Hehehe, it looks like the massive damage to the fort personnel has opened new possibilities in character depth!
I'm psyched about this, once again! Yay slowpokez! :D
I wonder if xczxc is still following this thread? His dwarf is, after all, one of the few adult survivors.

The journal of Vodrilus IV Medtoblitast

11th Malachite
The horror! A child has been mol- no, he was only battered by an evil spirit, I hear. He lost his right leg.

I talked with the boy, but he said that everything was rather peachy. He says he has always wanted to learn how to use a crutch. What is he drinking?

This time, it was a ghostly ranger... I ordered a slab engraved immediately. We'll see how many will die before that.
He is still alive but...
there are still multiple ghosts in his room...One of them is lying in/under his bed...

Also we've got some awsome Fbs in 'ere
Gotta love Rithesa Abyssmines the noseless hare...

Btw...Didn't we kill Agak?
Cause he is still sneaking around in the cavers even though he's covered in bolts...

If there are dorfings available, then I should like to be dwarfed as "Nyala"     Job: Spawn of Armok

Custom Jobs. Interesting - But wouldnt the Spawn of Armok just mean everyone and everything in a DF World?

In the (former?) emergency room, labeled 'Perforator'. There's also a cave-in plug lever next to it, labeled something like 'Perforator Safety'. It's a bit sad, but the perforator isn't long enough to destroy anything reliably, and some demons just waltz through them (and copper being the only weapons grade metal available doesn't help either). Hence I resorted to hatch-forbidding trickery in order to lure them where I wanted them, allowing an indefinite number of passes.

Upon arriving to Markedangels you are met by this lovely view

For those brave enough to enter the main gates...
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
If you manage to navigate through all the corpses, debris and vegetation you find that all paths are blocked but one room...
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Btw, would you guys like a guided tour of Markedangels? :P

How the fuck did this happen?
is it a graveyard? The lack of coffins tells me otherwise but... I dunno
Ah, yes. There was some random corpse stockpile (my goodness, it's hard to spell that one; it's always either stocpile or sockpile), but the dwarves were a bit too keen to haul all that random stuff into the upper stockpiles, so I removed them all. Gives a nice, abandoned atmosphere going on up there.

As to the tour, oh yes.

Well, that explains that.
Also I greatly approve of sockpiles. :D

Could be, with a liberal application of dfhack's autodump. :P
Most of the corpses have already desiccated into skeletons, so there's n fear of miasma. I believe there are no necromancer towers around, since none have shown up as of yet. Or have we been constantly under 80 dwarves? We have gotten sieges, right? ???
