I've been sitting on this idea for a RTD since watching Inception. I know just how much fun Lucid dreaming can be, and I think it could make a really great game. So, here we go.
1: You can try anything. However there is no guarantee that is will work.
2: What happens to you is partly governed by the dice, partly by your skills. For instance, if you are a martial arts instructor then you know when a bone gets broken. A normal person may be able to take more punches then you in the dream because they do not know the point at which a body breaks. However you may do more damage because you know the same things.
3: If you try and create an object then I will first roll on Knowledge to see how much you know about the item. If you fail that roll then I will make a Intellect roll against a Creativity roll to see if your brain accepts the fact that the item works even if it should not in the normal world. However if the original Knowledge succeeds then you only need to make a Creativity roll at +5 to create the object.
4: The stranger the action that you attempt the harder it will be to do it. For instance, summoning a box of chocolates will be a lot easier than suddenly sprouting wings. However, if you forget to sprout the muscles to grow those wings then you will have to roll Creativity VS. Intellect to convince your brain that is indeed possible to fly with those wings.
5: Remember that circumstances can change the difficulty of creating an object. If you managed to change the dream world into a small town you lived in then it would make sense, and therefore be easier, to have guns in the police station.
6: All skills will have upsides and downsides. The same goes for the Attributes.
7: The GM is always right.

There is darkness all around you. Suddenly, light. And then you wake up. Somehow, you know this a dream even before you open your eyes. As you open your eyes the first thing you notice is the lack of color. You seem to be on a street, if you could call it a street. It is little more than a flat plain with tall gray cubes reaching up through the gray clouds. There appears to be no sun but somehow the entire place seems evenly lit. There are no gaps in the buildings, and the single street seems to go on forever. As you sit up you see around five other people also beginning to sit up. You notice that they are naked, as are you. Awkward....
