Okay so yesterday was stupid; sorry for the lack of update. I am in the process of moving back to California, and as some may know I have a three month old, so that may happen often. If that's the case, I think today's goal is to try to get the Kings to be able to run the game to some extent.

Stick harvesting rate is 2/peasant/tick
Shimmerweed latex harvesting rate is 1/peasant/tick.

Keystone's trickier- it looks like there's a minimum requirement of workers.  1.25 per tick at 12 workers.  I'm guessing via the rule of round numbers that if you have less than 10 workers, there's a penalty.

Anyways. We now have a grand total of 6 keystones (each of the vassals has one and I have four). These shall be used to make a farm on Kashyyk's land, and to buy a peasant for him. If he doesn't like it, he's silly.
