Walking instructions.

From spawn look for the "Toothy Grin" building, walk down the path to the left of it. Leave the spawn area and go around the traders and keep walking in the direction you were, watch you don't get turned around in the forest.

After four minutes of walking or so you should come to a large lake. If you look left you should see a large settlement with tall stone walls, walk over to it. Go past the settlement and skirt around the edge of the lake. You will reach some buildings named after litchi and a guard tower.
Align yourself with the worldtiles so that you are moving diagonally across them to the left of the direction you have been travelling. You will soon come to a large peat and moss area with another lake beyong it, walk around the peat and moss and then continue in your diagonal direction.

You will come to an area with many small mountains. Eventually you will come to water. Look around, there will be a large mountain range with a taller section in the middle. That's the mountain we are building on, the base camp is to the left of it, You can swim across the water to the moutntain, it looks far but pick a close destination and you will be fine. then just walk along the edge of the mountain to the camp.

You will be there when you see flat stone slabs.

So how's things going? Back when I played Wurm, I <3'd Terraforming. I terraformed several small sized deeds solo. But eventually I always ran out of things to terraform and got bored and left. :(

-Removed coords
-Removed temp base info
-Removed mumble server info since we haven't used it yet
+Added walking instructions to our location (No idea why that's any better the coords)
+Added a line of info about location being decided and terraformed

Anyone who goes to our mine, ask Conall, and he'll give you instructions on where to mine (This is important for something we have planned, please do not turn it into a dropshaft it must be cart accessible)

Can I remind people to bury the corpses of animals that get killed, they attract predators. Don't bury player corpses that have stuff on them though.

The whole idea of gathering at Lightshore is ridiculous. Use the raider canals and meet south-west of Strongbox by the water. It will take half as much time.

Good luck with the bay12 fort guys. Was nice having you all over at my base for a while, livening things up.

I see yet another open shaft up here. WTF guys? Please whoever keeps opening mine shafts stop doing it. All those holes makes us WAY more visible from a distance.

Alrighty folks, seems we need to lay down a few ground rules.

Before I begin, these rules are designed to keep the fortress as healthy and raider-free for as long as possible, not to prevent you doing what you want to do.

1: Don't modify the terrain in any way that can be seen from a distance. AKA: Random mineshafts dug into the mountainside. If you want to do so, ask first.
2: Don't modify the terrain in a way that would prevent the deed plans from continuing. Again, ask first before terraforming.
3: When using ore/wood/food, or any item in general, use the lowest quality and smallest stack first. Do not use high quality items if;
3a: Your skill is to low for the item to be put to max use, or
3b: The item you're making doesn't need to be high quality.
4: When wounded, do not use healing items if you have less than a medium wound. Light and very light wounds will heal on their own. Rule #3 also applies to healing. This one is very important; if you waste all of the healing supplies, it will hurt the entire group, literally.
5: Keep an eye on item stocks. If a certain item is running low, tell someone. We may need some of that item to make more.
6: Try to keep the area clean and organised. At the moment, this isn't really possible, but you should do what you can nonetheless.
