im a fan of 'my eye color is x' not 'my eye color is x, x, x, x, x, x, x, x, oh and x if im feeling sassy, and x when im sad and then x, x and x depending on the light.'


Friggin girlfriend does that to me when we hang out and she's feeling sappy, suddenly she has twelve different ways to describe 'brown'

But I digress, post pic so I can be abrupt and slightly rude

My Dad's eyes are kind of hard to define like that.  A little green, a little brown, a little something else that keeps changing.

He calls his eyes "Sewage coloured'.   :P

My ex-girlfriend wanted to buy blue lenses. I had to play the romantic for a while to change her mind. Then I made a joke about buying blue lenses myself and she thought I was serious, which put me in a bad situtation.

I don't understand why people care so much about eye color. Yeah blue eyes are nice but boys don't care about eyes only.

And blue lenses look really weird with some people.

 I have the same thing with green, blue and grey, I think all blue eyed people seem to have it because everyone I know with blue eyes, seems to have the same problem.

I've got this exact issue. My eyes change colour depending on the viewing circumstances, the light, the angles, etc.

I think they function like a hologram, not the star trek version, but the kind they put on money and such. A friend once walked back and forth in front of me telling me that my eyes changed colour when he walked from one side of the room to the other.

Another friend also speculated they might work like a mood ring, but I'm pretty sure that's BS.

Plus apperantly it IS possible for eye color to change due to certain mechanisms in the body. Mind you I don't mean so much from brown to blue so much as Hazel to Light Hazel.

Though to admit I didn't do any fact checking on that. So believe me at your own peril.

Eye color is a measure of how much Eye-sunscreen you have.

No big deal, but changes with light exposure.

I have the same issue, its because your eye is multi-hued and the amount of light added to the size of your pupils will drastically change your perceived eye color. Legally my eye color is hazel. Honestly, don't worry about it. Just go with it.
