Yup, 9 cal = 1 g of fat, I think. 4 cal = 1 g of protein or carbs.

On the other hand, most humans eat more than 2200 Cals, or Kcals...

How effective would a light suit of tungsten carbide armor be, and how strong would you have to be to use it?

Tungsten carbide being twice as dense and three times as stiff as (average)steel = somewhat better than your regular steel plate armour of the same weight.

Some variations of the suit could potentially be very effective at scoring chicks, though.
