Examine one of the engravings and try to keep my distance from the snake. Once finished with the engraving head North.
You can't pass the crossroads without coming in reach of the snake.

Action: Take one of the torches that's not in snake strike range, if possible.

Then edge my way past the snake, being careful not to startle it.

Turn 1: Gold

Team Red

Examine engravings. Examine snake. Fight snake. Go North.

The engravings are nothing special. Just a couple of weird drawn guys talking to each other. The snake is rather large, so it's probably not poisonous and kills it's prey by strangeling them. You try to hit it on the head, but it's swiftly dodges your attack. After that it tries to grapple you, but you simply jump away before it can get you.

Team Blue

Action: Take one of the torches that's not in snake strike range, if possible.

Then edge my way past the snake, being careful not to startle it.

You grab one of the torches. You then carefully edge your way past the snake. It seems to be focused at the light, and does not attack. You do wonder how you are going to go back. You continue your Journey to the North. The corridor becomes smoother now. It makes a sharp turn to the Right and seems to be going East now. In the corner stands a small ordinary clay pot, with a couple of gold coins in it.

Team Green

Grab a torch and head East.
You grab one of the torches and then go East. You come across a large heap of coins laying on the floor.

Team Brown

You don't excist yet, but if you did you would be standing on a crossing. You can continue to the West or to the South.

Sally said to herself...

"That's too obvious for a trap. Right?

Oh, I guess I've started talking to myself as well. Not a good sign."

Action: Investigate, and make sure the pot isn't on laying on a pressure plate, or trapped somehow. If it isn't, pick it up and dump it out, collecting the coins afterward. If nothing untoward happens, continue forward on my journey.

Investigate where I am now. Try and grab a lowhanging torch if any are available. Look for any hidden entrances or traps.

You 're still in the same room with the snake. The snake isn't dead, and you aren't either.

Turn 1: Gold

Team Red

Oh! Grab a torch and use it as a weapon against that big ol' snake!

You try to grab one of the torches. But you can't reach them. So you just decide to smash it on it's head some more. You hit it quite hard. It seems to be bleeding. It tries to attack you again, but you jump away.

Team Blue

Action: Investigate, and make sure the pot isn't on laying on a pressure plate, or trapped somehow. If it isn't, pick it up and dump it out, collecting the coins afterward. If nothing untoward happens, continue forward on my journey.

The pot isn't lying on a pressure plate. It's a completly ordinairy pot full of Gold. You collect the coins(24 gold coins gained), expecting a Leprechaun to round the corner every second. Nothing happens, so so you continue your voyage to the East. You encounter an undecorated room. There are 2 exists: 1 going to the north and one continuing to the East. The plafond is adorned with several colourfull mosaiqs, just as the walls. Several small pillars have been build into it. The floor is made up from loose octangular stones, and is covered in dust, unlike the rest of the Tomb.

Team Green

Loot coins.  Continue East.

You gather the  coins. There are 25. After That you enter a room.  As you enter the room, the door closes. In the middle of the room stands a huge balance. In one of the scales lies a heart( Still bloody and pumping) in the other lies nothing. A large statue of monster, a hybrid of a crocodil and some other animals overlooks the scale. Around it lie : A stone, multiple feathers, a figurine of a knight, a figurine of a priest, a figurine of a mage, several figurines of Gods and animals, some silver, some wood, a pack of cards, and several religious books.

Team Brown

You don't excist yet, but if you did you would be standing on a crossing. You can continue to the West or to the South.

(Am I locked in combat with this snake or can I just run off? Because really I just want to go North, not strangle a snake.)
