You first bring up the points of economic collapse and the eventual extinction of man. You then offer your vision of a bright future. The woman speaks again. " Don't you know nothin'? It doesn't matter about any extinction, or any future. This is how it was, how it is, and how it will be forever." She sighs and walks off. So do most of the people, but a small group of 4 stay around.

A few is worth a lot.
Give them coordinates for our place, questions will be answered there.
Perhaps the ghetto was not such a good idea, it is indeed full of people who needs a better tomorrow but still.. they are plagued by other things and will not be as approachable the first time.
For now, we head back and pick up whatever food and supplies we may find.

You give them the warehouses location before turning back home. As you do, you pass three young men smoking, and wearing green clothing on a street corner. As you pass, they step in front of you and your men. " Stop, who are you and whattya' doing on our block?"

"I am Don Quhiote, King of the Scrapheap Knights." One of the men sneers? "Is that right? Well we're the Zombie Angels, and we'll show you what happens to trespassers!" They all take out their arms, it's a battle!

The one on the left draws a bat and charges your left guard. The one to the right starts drawing his pistol. The center one draws his knife and gets in a battle stance, directly in front of you.

I think he should pull a pistol on the guy with the pistol. What if he shoots us? Then it'll pretty much be all over. WAIT that's not the kingly way of fighting.
Maybe make one of the guards shoot him?

The fighting commences!

The Zombie Angel on the left swings at your guard, who jumps back. The one on the left shoots at your other guard, but misses. The one in the center lunges at you, but you easily block and counter with a gentlymanly kick to the stomach.

The fight continues.

Your right guard shoots at his opponent. The Zombie Angel recoils in pain as a bullet clears his middle and ring fingers off, he drops his firearm. Your left guard reaches for his gun, but gets hit in the stomach by the blunt of a bat. You attack the leader, teaching him a lesson by giving him a deep stab in the right shoulder. He cries out in pain and falls to his knees.

You swing your sword at all of them. " Despite your incompetence and lack of honor, I will be benevolent. Stand down and you will live another day." As you say this, the baseball bat Zombie Angel puts his bat away. He helps up the other two gangsters, and they scurry away.

You and your right guard were not hit. The left guard got some heavy bruising, but other than that is fine.
