I'm
very strongly against this. Plus, I'm very certain that if Rose tried to endanger Mr Frog, Mr Frog would quickly (and subtly) poison her (there's no way Mr Frog would stand for it, and the hospital's autopsy unit of course wouldn't be good enough to discern the cause of death, so Mr Frog would get off scot-free). Plus, Rose would have the whole interdimensional timewar focused on
her. Parasol, Ballpoint, and Eris all want Mr Frog to remain just as he is, though they aren't aware of each others' similar goal... I think any hostility directed towards him would have at least Ballpoint and Parasol trying to assassinate her (and Halen or not, if they directed their forces directly at her (with actual timewar weapons) they'd easily manage to take her out).
Aside from that, Mr Frog has a very high importance in the fortress. Splint, for one, would be strongly against any harm coming to Mr Frog, due to how Mr Frog is creating defense weaponry such as serrated disc launchers and sawpikes, with Splint's own assistance. The vast majority of the army is as powerful as they are thanks to Mr Frog's danger room, too, so Rose is going to have her own allies turning on her if she tries to pull a stunt like this.
Also, since the contaminated booze was
only in Reudh's room, I think it's completely likely that Mr Frog himself finds Lord Reudh unfit to serve as Overseer of the fortress. Reudh's paranoia about everyone hating him is apparently coming true... though through his own hand.
As Mr Frog put the booze in Reudh's room purposefully, in that case, it's unlikely to be anywhere else. Not only that...
Lets say she searched the booze, and found more dwarven wine that received the same treatment. ... I'm sure everyone in the fort is sick of wondering if their booze is gonna make them think they have flaming snakes coming out of their nose and trying to eat their face.
It's been established in canon that Mr Frog only messes with the booze of the soldiers/workers in order to increase their abilities, both in and out of combat (though there are often side effects, unpleasant but temporary. Urist, for example, was only able to save the fortress from Iohanne thanks to Mr Frog's chemical concoctions. Mr Frog has been established to only use experimental potions on Vanya and the other skulkers (to Vanya he administers it in the form of a breakfast bar). Thus, the vast majority of the fortress wouldn't have a single thing against Mr Frog. I'm sure they'd be able to tell their efficiency increased after drinking the altered booze.
An interesting addition is the fact that as it's already been established that just about everybody hates Lord Reudh, I think they'd actually
approve of what Mr Frog was doing with Reudh's private stocks. The military especially. I don't think you realize you're inadvertently alienating Rose's character from everyone else, or I seriously doubt you'd be doing it.

EDIT: Maybe I should've taken it to PMs... but I don't know.
that leaves everything out in the open and unaddressed. And this affects everybody, really.
EDIT 2: Snipped a bit and put it in a PM.
