Interesting theory to stop vampires
« on: February 25, 2012, 07:37:00 pm »

I was wondering if making all my smooth stone walls fortifications will allow my dwarfs to see into rooms, so as to stop and acuse vampires.
Anybody know if this would work? because it sounds like a solid plan to me.

So long as there's someone to look through the window.  Perhaps something like:
Code: [Select]
====|
   B|
===-|
   B|
===-|
   B|
===-|
   B|
===-|
etc..
Meeting Area
Of course, giving private rooms and then setting up some creepy public dwarf aquarium is perhaps not ideal, perhaps a soldier could be stationed in position to watch over everyone?

I put some beds in the meeting area; dwarves were drained with no accusations to be found. I think I spotted the vampire, though; there's a really slow hunter.

I put a guy that was witnessed by several people in 2 different cases into the pit with my other vampire... he was drained not much later, so either the dwarfs hate him or all the booze is having some effects on there vision... :I

Or we have vampire on vampire hate crimes.

Did he have the hunting job? Because they start sneaking as soon as they get the job.
