By the way, Are there educations in this, Or can we just walk in somewhere and say "Whoopdy doo, i'm a Nuclear Physicist, Let Me Play around with your nuclear weapons, and i'll make them 50% more efficient!"

Well there isnt any high tech industrys. All goods are essentially equally profitable per worker so... no there isnt education.
Not at the moment anyway  :P What goods produce is for flavor, all that matters are the profits.

There certainly has to be more households than companys yeah.. if enough people dont join I will create some NPC low skilled workers(never get upgraded skills).
