Well, today I was playing LCS. I'll get right to the point.

Something officialy retarded happened today. My liberal leader, Mikymikmik, was doing some liberal disobedience. He got his neck broken. He was at the clinic for 3 months. I got him all pimped out with an AK-47 and everything. I went to the police station. I pressed the F button. Apparently, "Sitting there in thought" is fighting because my leader got his head chopped off by a freaking M16.

Moral: Cripples with broken spines and such, are utterly worthless in LCS!!!

EDIT: You're gonna lol at this. My liberal with a broken lower spine is the best in my squad. He can actually shoot a gun.

That said, cripples are indeed worthless in a fight, but what did you expect from someone who can't move anything from the waist down.  However, the fact that such liberals still manage to steal their own wheelchairs says a lot about their determination to be useful!

Use your cripples for non-violent tasks.  Have them raise money, write for the Liberal Guardian, or hack the CIA supercomputer!  Even the most violent squad can benefit from a few members doing the above tasks.

Neck down. This was a broken upper spine. A broken lower spine will lower your agility something terrible, but won't otherwise interfere with the operation of an assault rifle.

Apparently, quadriplegics have enough voice-control accessories fitted to their pimped-out Liberal wheelchairs to still do stuff like hacking supercomputers, opening locked doors and cracking safes, in addition to all the obvious things like influencing a jury or recruiting, so they're not completely useless. And of course, you can have the bloke hang back at base and do whatever. Prostitution? Selling "brownies"? Guarding hostages? Publishing a newspaper? Making clothing? Can do.

There should be some kind of option to fix disabled liberals. Maybe in the future setting, they could be cybernetically enhanced, or in the modern setting, neurosurgery.

Also plastic surgery, because recruiters are not too effective when their high Juice comes at the cost of a missing eye and all their teeth.

Perhaps stem cell research should be made into an issue. If the issue is L+, your disabled liberals could consent to an "experimental" neurosurgical procedure that could either fix them, kill them, or do nothing at all.

Either way, you're going to be paying a small fortune.
