Now now, there is no reason magic cannot be self-consistent and describable via the scientific method, even if that consistency might be subjective rather than objective, don't you think?

Yup, create the Thaum, the elementary particle of magic. Thaums are organized Quantums( Ie, strange things happen the way you want them, and not randomly). Thaums automatically fall apart into Quantums when there's to much of them in a certain area. Thaums just spring up wherever they like to be.

Magic is manipulating said thaums to influence the movement of 4D Energy. This could create bursts of spontaneous combustion (aka Fireball), materialize stuff, and other magic-y things. This also means that lots of wizards bunched together using magic will quickly deplete the local amount of thaums.

   Create Keriblan
      a substance that eats away at the nothingness outside of the universe. Keriblan will immediately begin traveling in a single "Direction" upon forming.

 From the perspective of one who is inside the universe, when Keriblan takes form it quickly collapses into a a sort of rip in the universe from which nothing can escape if they enter it, as it dumps them into the lawless space outside of the world and they begin to unravel.

 However in some cases, if something enters the rip from a specific direction, they instead are dumped back out of another rip somewhere else in the universe, this occurs when the Keriblan travels in such a way that it eventually loops back into the universe. This is much more common near the inner edge of the Universe for that reason.

Rips made by Keriblan also absorb Chronobits, slowing the flow of time around them. This also effects the traveling through the rips as the amount of time it takes to go through one speeds up based upon how old the rip is. Meanwhile something that travels through a newly formed rip might emerge a mellenia or so later.

Put in 500000 joules of pi-energy in the shape of pies into our universe.  I really don't know how this would work in quantity of particles.  The pi energy keeps the universe smelling good.  This is the ether's source of food.  It also keeps evil garbage particle stuck in the senter.  No, not the center, the "senter" .  I really say good luck to you with this.  Onece the ethers eat oll of the pi-energy the garbage particles will flood the universe.  A formulla for the consumption of pi-energy is
