Phlogistion is a phlegm element, and combusts and facilitates the rapid heating (burning) of all other things in which it is imbued, in the presence of large concentrations of fridigonic particles. clump some of the lutefisk into blobs of phlogistion, and surround these blobs with fridigonic particles, such that they combust. call these blobs "stars".
