Then do something

Step 1: When you have no suspicions on anyone, pick someone at random (I MEAN random.. some use Random.org for this!), take a glance as their past posts, and talk to them, usually with a vote.  The goal is not to kill but to learn more about them.  The vote is a "Pressure Vote", simply used to make sure they don't ignore you.

Then consider the same question except someone else says they will also vote for Innocent Guy if you vote for him.

Then I just wanted there not to be loopholes in it, I could not find a simple way of saying it that sounded good.

Assuming you're a townie, who would you rather be scum?  The old players (good skill at playing mafia, but you might have some idea of how they operate do to reading old games) or the new players (most likely poor skill at playing mafia, but you probably have no idea how they operate)?
