TURN ONE

Turn status
Arena: Spooky Dungeon (Legend of Zelda)
Spoiler: Revealed Map (click to show/hide)

Teran: Enter the dungeon.

A young Clancer, Teran, walks through the blue entrance door to an underground dungeon. He finds himself in a large room with a tiled floor. It's dimly lit by torches on the wall flickering with haunting blue flame. A ghostly wail comes from the north beyond an open doorway with no attached door. The east and west walls each are adorned with a closed door.

But wait. Something's wrong. Teran was told his non-blood-sister, Celes, was being held hostage in this dungeon. He doesn't sense her presence at all, but he does sense a few other menacing presences nearby.

Andy: Walk in.

Andy from Orange Star waltzes into the dungeon behind Teran. He was lead to believe there was an incredibly powerful vehicle hidden somewhere in the dungeon, but he didn't expect anyone else like this funny-looking geometry-shaped kid here to be looking for it. Oh well. Some competition isn't a bad thing.

Jim Raynor: Appear.

Jim Raynor shifts his way into the entrance room of the dungeon in full Terran Marine gear. He was informed that deep in the dungeon there was a forgotten superweapon that would help him fight the Zerg onslought in his home land. He holds his plasma gun up to Andy and Teran, but lowers it as they don't seem to be any threat. Yet.

Bowser: Crash into the dungeon.

A rumbling is heard from above the dungeon's ceiling. In just a few seconds, a King Koopa shaped hole appears in it! Bowser comes crashing through, creating a shockwave when he hits the dungeon floor. Growling and snarling, he asks: Where's that fat plumber gone to?

No one has seen a fat plumber.

A shaking is heard from the entrance door. It begins closing by itself, but not before...

Bass: Slide through.

Bass enters the dungeon by sliding through the closing doorway! After he stops sliding, he gets up and the door closes behind him of its own volition. He holds his arm cannon up to Jim Raynor, noting him as a likely foe due to the Terran Marine suit. All five of them stare at each other for a moment before a loud, terrible voice is heard from above:

"Heeyahahaha! WELCOME to my arena! There's no time limit, but if you dally for too long, I'll blow ya' up myself. So start killin' each other right now! Last man standing gets what they were lookin' for in the first place!"

From somewhere, an apparently invisible crowd is heard cheering for the five combatants. "Kill! Fight! Maim!" Looks like the battle is on.

Search the Dungeon.

You mean search the entrance room?

EDIT: Also, searching only takes up one of your actions. Are you sure you want to do nothing else? You could spend both actions searching I guess.

Loot what? Where? You're in the entrance room if you want to search/loot it and there's an exit to the north.

Bowser does not care for these people.

I want that red goddamn plumber. Go north and smash as many things as I can. If the man can climb into tubes, he could be anywhere.

Looting to the north then. There's never anything useful in entrance rooms :P

''Hi guys! Whats'a maim?''

Andy stands pondering this question, quizzically looking at his competitors, before searching the room for any objects. A new tool set would be awesome. He never DID get that one that Sonja promised all those years ago.

Jim Raynor looked at them. They didn't look Dominion or Infested so not a threat he guessed. He looked around for the superweapon. (that was action 1) Meanwhile thoe people chanting for death who were they anyway? He didn't have time for this Dominion !@#$.

So I guess only one action.
