So, I posted about this in the happy thread with simply a "Whoa."

HP (I know, I know, I'm a fucking shill, but I didn't get this from my trainings, I found this on my own,) has a prototype of a glassesless 3D pseudo-hologram screen. It's advanced to the point that it has a 90° viewing angle, and as you tilt your head to look at the image, you see more of it. Example: You see someone's face. You tilt to the side, and you get their profile instead of straight on. You tilt up or down and you're looking under their chin or at the top of their head. This has immense amounts of potential for video games.
