I've already created a religion.

*Pull off a motivation speech to the workers cutting wood (Two Actions: Hero + 1 Population Unit = 2 influence)
*Have workers prospect the hills (1 Population Unit = 1 influence)
*Create a monotheistic religion in which Akethoria's ruler is no less than the Voice of Himself in Indaral (Single Action = 1 influence)

Addition (posting ShootandRun's influence action, since he forgot he had one):
*Have workers cut the down the tree with strong wood by the cliffs (1 Population Unit = 1 influence)

True. If a Hero slot is open by the next round and a hero accepts to join me, do they get to act immediatly?

For the next version of the game, you might want to toy with the idea of letting leaders preform actions early on.  We are settlements of around 50 people, so it wouldn't be that strange for the leader to be doing something.

I thought the turn we ordered a construction started already counted for the time it took to erect the building; after all, when we order that something be deforested the action takes place immediatly, the order does not compromise a whole turn or take place at the week's end.

Also, I got 8 food and 2 feathers from the cliffs, and feathered worms should be unavailiable for the next two weeks.

I know you haven't finished the post, but this might save you time.

But you'll need level 329+ gear to queue for it, and I'm sure whoever you end up in a PUG with will want to check your spec.
