Shoot and run, are you using your self as the pop? cause if so you don't need to use influence.

Yes, I'm using myself as the pop. I'll let Azthor spend my influence on one of his actions, then.

Okay, here's what I'll do, RP pending:
>Use two one of my influence to have people create a farm of Shaba Sho'sheara in the southern hex of our map,
>Hang around keeping an eye on them, whilst crafting myself a stout, sharp wooden spear, possibly carving some symbols of the kingdom's religion into the shaft of it to make it... Stab better.

>Use two of my influence to have people create a farm of Shaba Sho'sheara in the southern hex of our map,
>Guard them as they do so, and
>Use one more influence to have some craftspeople make me a few spears. The focus is on quality rather than quantity, as long as I get one good, stout wooden spear I'll be happy.
Dude, we don't have enough population for those spears.

Lol, you can make some spears later brah, I promise.  Actually, I'll see if I can let you do that next turn, because that might help if you or a group of guys goes out to explore some other hexes.
EDIT
Wait, now I'm confused.  There is one pop i am not using?  Are you having them build the farm and then watching over them?  Are you having them build the farm and making spears yourself?  Or are YOU building the farm yourself and having them make spears?

Can we close the deal with the population growth system before going for the next turn? If I am not wrong, Taricus and IronyOwl will end up wasting a influence point depending on how it works.

@Obolisk: Ahh, okay, my bad. I forgot you were already using a pop unit. :P
Okay, well I'll tell one pop to build the farm, then make the spear myself. Is that okay, Weasel?

If one pop builds a farm it'll be stuck working on the farm then you'll only have 1 pop to work with.

Making the spear is pointless without ore.

We're doing the .1 a week, use an influence to bump that to .2 a week.  So far everyone has .1 progression to their next pop.

edit- so I just had an idea that would make the game easier to run and give people lots of stuffs.  Starting next month you can just choose to forage, hunt, or lumber a hex.  Foraging gives you all plant based products, hunting gives you all animal based products, and lumber gives you all wood based products (wood includes tree's bark and a roots, forage gives you leaves and fruit)  and then that hex won't be available for either that one thing or anything for a month.  Simple.  I'll probably include some form of die roll that you can influence with.. influence.

Huh... guess you should just make the farm then.  Weasel, would my guys be in danger if I had them slaughter some armadillos next turn?

Are you hunting them?  Cause you haven't built your pasture yet, which is a week to clear cut land for it, a week to build the stuff, and a week to gather some animals.

Flatlands can simply have 2 types of farms built on the same spot, even if you only had 1 type of plant growing on the hex, you'd still need to spend a week clear cutting (which also includes making the land usable)

Yeah, hunting.  I am assuming it would be dangerous, but I want to make sure before I toss it away.
