Just remember you don't work like hero, you work more like a ruler, but your limited to influencing your followers, and only the amount in which your church can accommodate (You may have 100 pop in followers but if you only have like 4 churches you'd only be able to control 20 of them)

-In next version news (I fell like toadyone)

About to finish the common plant chart (just gotta fill in roll values) then it's off to the new trees were I have to do wood (probably more types) and then tree products, then I can get started on Animals.  Then when that's done, ores and gem properties, then maybe I'll work on actual rules.

I would post some stuff, but I PM'd my hero talking about possible actions, and he hasn't responded.

Does anyone know how heroes work in the game?

When you gain land you will probably play out as a ruler, but until then:
*You can use yourself as one population unit to do anything which could be done with said unit.
*You have CHA worth of influence.
*Influence can be used to direct your Ruler's population, or bolster their actions, as well as your own, in some cases.
*While you are expected to help your Ruler at this stage, you can use your influence to move the populaton even against your ruler's whim, but he can block your action by spending an equivalent amount of influence.

The last part wasn't officialy stated by weasel, I just copied the mechanics for when there is conflict between a ruler and a religious leader's control over a single unit.
