Yeah sure why not, I love the SCP Foundation, and contributing to it would be pretty awesome.

I'll throw my voice into the ring for that, tentatively.

Just posting to follow this thread. Always been interested in voice-acting.

I've always been kinda interested in this type of stuff as well because I feel like I could definitely pull stuff off. I can fake all sorts of accents and voices.

That is a deep voice. It sounds suspiciously familiar too, but I can't place it. It might just be the weird sound it has, like it was recorded with a mic at the end of a pringles can, gives it some similarity to some obscure voice actor I heard once.

My microphone is not of the highest quality, it tends to ring a little bit.

You can erase the ring pretty easily in audacity.

Is that your real voice, Barbarossa?

Yes, minus the echo. (I think it has something to do with an input feedback caused by Audacity, I'll try and work that out.)

Question for you folks: I've got some audio I want to share, but I'm not sure what service I should trust to upload it on (kinda new to this). Barbarossa's scarily deep voice is on SoundCloud, and a brief scanthrough of their ToS looks alright to me. Anyone else have other suggestions? Don't want to accidentally step into anything nasty.

You can always upload the file to mediafire, or any other file upload service, such as dropbox. Or even youtube, if you'd like.

(Also, yeah, I know I said I'd do something, but I'm busy uhhh, procrastinating, that's it.)
