"Leave? Do you mean through that little hole? We don't even know if it goes anywhere. One of us should scout it out and tell us if it's worth it." Yngvar says with tired eyes. "I agree with Felix." Jake says. "Well who do you expect to go? Me? Hell no. I'm not going alone." Vinyl says. "It was your idea." Yngvar says. "Why don't you go?" Vinyl replies haughtily. "Can't. Have you seen my ankle? I'm not going anywhere unless it's worth it."

"It looks like it's between you and me." Jake says. "Here let me fish a quarter out of my wallet. Okay call it in air."

Jake flicked the coin into the air with his thumb.

Yeah but I don't know what's on them be they heads or tails.

"Tails. Damnit."

Jake catches the coin in the air and slaps it on his arm. Removing his hand reveals an eagle clutching arrows and a wreath. Jake sighs out of relief.

The hole is to small to fit with more than a couple of things at a time and if you hope to get something as big as a pack through there it has to be completely empty. Needless to say you can bring a flashlight easily.

Vinyl goes unless Jake wants to jump in instead and get another update in.

"Balls. Alright, give me a flashlight and some of that cord. I want you two hold onto it incase I slip and fall, so I won't fall to my death cause that's not what I need right now."

Jake said, sighing in resignation. He knew that this hole was their best chance of getting out of this mess, so it was worth checking.

Tie multiple strands of twisted parachute cord around my waist, and grab a flashlight and tie it to my hand. Take a drink and a bit of food before crawling into the hole slowly and having a look around. Try not to put too much pressure on my rib if possible.

Jake grabbed a handful of trailmix, feeling he deserved it, and took a drink slightly bigger than a sip. Jake then dropped to his knees pausing to take a breath before dropping to an absolute crawl and entering the space with a flashlight that he had taken from the pile and loaded with fresh batteries. The space was about as confined as one can get without being actually buried. The ringing in Jakes ears had gone away hours ago but Jake could actually hear the sound of water as he began to move.

The crawl was long and hurt like a bitch when the cave became to small to do anymore than shimmy his way forward. The floor and ceiling seemed to undulate at odd intervals but looked to have been carved by a slight current. Jake was crawling until his rope stopped him, after all there was only 350 meters of cord. Jake was just about to attempt to turn around when he began to hear humming over the, now louder, slosh of water. Humming with a tune and it seems to be coming from in front of him. "Is that my imagination?" Jake thought.

[Zako]

"Hello? Is anyone there? If you can hear me, answer me! Is that you Andy?" Jake called out into the darkness infront of him, shining his light down that way as well. Hopefully whoever it was could hear him...

[Gotdamnmiracle]

Shining a light down the tunnel reveals a rippling reflection on the floor and ceiling off in the distance. As Jake yells the humming stops and sloshing can be heard "Jake!?" A voice says. It sounds far off.

[Zako]

"Andy?! Is that you down there?! I'm in the tunnel! Follow the light of my torch if you can!" Jake yelled back, waving his torch.

[Gotdamnmiracle]

"Andy?! Is that you down there?! I'm in the tunnel! Follow the light of my torch if you can!" Jake yelled back, waving his torch.

"Jake! Ohmygod! I thought you guys were all dead. Look, the accoustics in this place are really good. It took me 2 hours to crawl into the big area. Do you see anything to tell me how far along you are? You gotta get in this place! It's amazing!"

[Zako]

"I can't see much, maybe some water at the end of the tunnel I'm in. I can't go any further because I need to head back to the guys. When we fell, we got pretty beat up and the girls didn't make it. Vinyl got a broken wrist and jaw, Felix lost an eye and sprained his ankle and I got a broken rib and concussion." Jake yelled back. He took a moment to look back up the tunnel he came from before turning back.

"How are you doing? Are you hurt? How's your supplies?"

[Gotdamnmiracle]

"You're at the water? You're about halfway there. Don't worry about crawling through it, it's pretty shallow and your head will be above water most of the time. I have a few broken fingers and toes but nothing major from what I can tell. What about the girls?! I didn't catch that part! I'm fine with supplies. I've found some things to eat and plenty of water. I'll explain when you get here. Make sure to wrap your stuff up before taking it through the water. I ruined a camera that way. I was able to get my pack and stuff through but it took multiple trips. We'll talk when you get here!" The voice booms through the tunnel as if yelling in Jakes ears.

[Zako]

"Right, just stay where you are! We'll come to you! Try to stay out of the water and keep dry, and I'll fix you up when we find you! See you soon!" Jake yelled back. He was very glad that that Andy was alive, and that they had a source of water nearby that they could use. But first he had to get back to the guys with the news.

Head on back to the guys, giving a few short tugs to let them know I'm heading back. Tell them the news and just feel happy that things are looking up.

Jake has trouble spinning around with such little space but manages and gives a few tugs to let the guys in the little cavern know he's alright and returning. Jake scuffles off in a hurry to return, fighting through the pain in his ribs. Jake makes it back in 45 minutes with such speed and determination and greats the others almost in a yell he is so excited. "Guys! Guys! I found Jake. He's alive and okay. And we have fresh water!" Jake says, catching his breath. "That's great!" Yngvar replies. Vinyl is all smiles until it wavers and he asks "Are you okay?". "Yeah fine." Jake says. After a few seconds the colors at the edges of his vision begin to scintilate and Jake sits down. "Oh shit. I shouldn't have rushed back."  Jake fights to keep his eyes open as vision wanes. Luckily Vinyl and Yngvar rush to keep him awake and Jake manages to not pass out. Jake suggests they sit for a few hours and let him peice himself together before going into the tunnel. Everyone agrees to wait and discuss how to get the most items across in one run, which items to bring across first, and which to just leave behind all together.
