He has complained of the lack of tables recently despite having enjoyed his own table recently?

You need to make said elf leather into the most amazing work of art.  Embed it with every kind of gem you have, stud it with metals, and sew images into it.  Erect a shrine outside your fort with that in the center.  Let the elves know that you view their very skin as naught more but a medium for your dwarves to work on.

The lack of tables thought is caused by there being too little tables built in general for the entire population. My dining hall only has 11 tables, for 52 dwarves

It's a fairly common bug.  DF sometimes assigns a dwarf to worship two deities, and it doesn't check to make sure it didn't pick the same one twice.

Erm. No? The worldgen stopped at the year 126 for megabeast preservation reasons. It is currently spring 129.

This is not necessarily 'wrong', but;

"He worried greatly about not having a tomb after gaining another year." But he is only eight and seventy! Clearly depressed and afraid to die. Your fortress must be strong in the dorfs. Magma much?

Huh, just noticed my own duke is a worshiper, but undescribed and casual, of Bokbon the Heather of Gliding (Dwarven: Bokbon Bokbon Bavast; repetition his.)

He also appears to have gained like three dwarves' weight since he was first voted mayor.

Also, an amusing note: He threw a tantrum immediately after becoming duke because his burial chamber wasn't good enough. Solution: commission some gold statues and plant them in there. Amusing turn: All three of the masterwork statures are of him being voted out of the position of mayor.
Take that, Duke McTantrumpants.
