Well, the picture is a bit grainy... And it looks like it might've been cropped by an amateur. Also, it's kind of hard to see the blue text against that black background.

As for the dwarf described in the image, he worships Gedor the Little Demon... twice. And he's apparently both a "normal" worshipper and a dubious worshipper at the same time, despite "both" deities he worships being the same entity.

I've seen dwarves that worship the same diety twice but equally...no idea what causes it but I've seen it before.
